Back to School Basics – 7th-12th Grade Sports Physicals

Athletic physicals will be offered in house on Friday, August 2, 2019, in the gym, from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. They will be provided by Dr. Joe Lee for $20, which will be donated back to the Athletic Department. Cash and check (made out to 杏吧视频) only, please.
If you have any questions please contact Monica Gutierrez, [email protected]. to be able to download, print, and complete the required physical paperwork. Current physicals are required each year for any student wanting to participate in Junior High or High School Athletics.
